as an organization seeks to advance the career of individuals and performance of businesses for
the better. Since its inception in 1985, it has emerged as a unique learning
hub with a wide range of service and specialty portals.
BPII Chartered
Network is one integrated multidisciplinary centre for learning and cooperative
development for entrepreneurs and professionals. It provides a variety of self
help programs and opportunities for job and business creation. It's Globalisation
Plan advocates the need for cooperation in learning and doing business in a knowledge-based
economy.
As a master portal, it hosts a series of business and professional service specific domains. It is a consortium of business and professional service providers strategy ready for a globalised marketplace.
BPII Montessorian World was founded to propagate total
education for the global community. It is committed to continual research &
development of wholesome children education and beyond - unto adulthood. It promotes
Montessorian World Education and Fellowship.
It is One Global Network for all Montessorians and friends. Today,
it interconnects communities in over 50 countries worldwide and 34 provinces /
cities in
China
for learning and qualitative
growth.
BPII Learning Network is multifaceted and acts as an
integration service platform. It was evolved from the visionary Learning Initiative
mooted by Dr AT Ong in 1988 to bring about opportunities for change and be the
power for good in an emerging era of Infocomm Technology and new Marketplaces.
Chartered Resources and
Infocomm SG Consortium supports the research and relational building process. With its Infocomm.SG Plan, BPII Organization is in constant self-formation and
growth.

Dr
Ong is multidisciplinary trained. He received his basic studies in Singapore,
and his university education in United Kingdom. He has conducted extensive research
and development in Australia where he obtained his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
He is professionally recognized and is Fellow Member of various professional
institutions in United Kingdom and Australia, namely Chartered Management Institute, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Building, Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and Australian Institute of Building. He is also a past President of Singapore of Building.

Dr.
Ong is the Founder of BPII, Chartered Network and Montessorian World International.
He began his career as a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Building Professional.
As an educator and entrepreneur, he formulated a Learning Initiative with a university
to establish an education pathway for thousands to successfully complete their
degree awards. He was appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Curtin University,
Western Australia for many years where he initiated various professional development
programs for adult education. He had also supervised and mentored numerous adult
students in their academic and career advancement. The methodological approach
to excel includes character discipline and holistic endeavour for change.
In his global outreach, he structured BPII Learning Network and its Strategic Globalisation Plan. The Infocomm.SG Plan is a Strategic
Development and Integration Gateway to align members' services and competencies
into one global network for interdisciplinary learning and doing business.
His Y1985 vision on the development of a sociogenetic model as a change endeavour is now evidenced by the transformation of his enterprise into BPII Organisation in 2005. Today he shares
his experience and insight on "Totality in Learning"; and shows its
values and significance. Both BPII Chartered Network and Montessorian World International
are founded with this ideological framework.
Dr Ong also believes
in intellectual innovation to make the difference and to stay ahead. He advocates
the nurturing of visionary mindset and global mission for the good of all. Since
then, BPII has evolved into a learning model itself. It is dedicated
to all to find their own journey of change for the better.
Currently, he spearheads the formation of Business and Professional Institute Internatonal as an arm to propagate interdisciplinary learning and cooperation for enterprising development and social entrepreneurship.
